Dr. Chesbrough is a practicing radiologist, engaged in patient care, teaching residents, fellows and medical students for the last 15 years. In his current position, Rick is a President and CEO of Radiology Medical Consultants, P.C. a subspecialized, outpatient-focused radiology practice in the suburbs, outside of Detroit, MI. In addition, Rick has eight years experience in medicolegal reviews in the field of Diagnostic Radiology, for insurance companies and defense-oriented law firms in Michigan, and around the United States. He is a regular columnist for Diagnostic Imaging Magazine, writing the “malpractice monitor” column for this national publication. Rick holds numerous patents on medical and consumer products, including the UltraClip® tissue-marking device, used for image-guided breast biopsies. This product is currently sold throughout the United States, and now being marketed in Europe and Asia.

Jack C. Cornell

Mr. Cornell has extensive experience in business development with a particular interest in healthcare. He has served as chief operating officer for a start-up teleradiology practice having built that practice into one of the major national enterprises in that industry. Jack has also developed an outpatient diagnostic imaging business that currently has five independent imaging centers, serving as owner and CEO of that entity. Mr. Cornell received his Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton Graduate School of Finance at The University of Pennsylvania and has been an entrepreneur for the last 34 years.

Vince DiBiasio

Mr. DiBiasio is RADAR Medical Systems IT Director. He has been engineering software for over 12 years in various industries. This includes 7 years in the healthcare industry providing enterprise wide solutions. Vince has also been a team member of 3 successful software start-up organizations.  He is very active in the community coaching youth Football and youth Soccer.  Vince graduated from Walsh University in Canton, Ohio with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
